PM03 economical pressure transmitter, pressure sensitive core adopts diffusion silicon core, internal dedicated integrated circuit converts millivolt signal of sensor into standard current signal, which can be directly connected with computer interface card, control instrument, intelligent instrument or PLC, etc. Small size, light weight, all stainless steel sealing structure, can work in corrosive environment. This product is easy to install and simple, with extremely high anti-vibration and anti-impact performance, widely used in process control, aviation, aerospace, automotive, medical equipment, HVAC and other fields.

Selection of damper
Use
Cavitation, hammer and pressure spikes may occur in air or liquid systems with varying flow rates. such as rapid closing of valves or starting and stopping of pumps.
These problems can occur at the inlet and outlet even at fairly low operating pressures.

medium conditions
In liquids containing particles, nozzle clogging may occur. Vertical mounting of the transmitter minimizes the risk of clogging because fluid flow is limited to the initial start-up phase, the volume at the rear of the nozzle is fixed, and the nozzle bore is relatively large (1.2 mm).
The viscosity of the medium has little effect on the response time. Even if the viscosity reaches 100 CST, the response time will not exceed 4 ms.
